Ok, so i;ve had this vaccum leak for awhile and i cant seem to track it down. The leak makes my car idle low and lose boost in 3rd gear. It will get up to full boost then slowly go down to about 5 (from 10). And my boost gauge says at idle im getting 15psi vaccum when i should be getting 20. So i know for a fact its a leak, i just cant find it. Anyone have any ideas of hoses to check? I went over most of them and didnt find anything but if i can track it down to what hose it is i can find the leak alot easier. So the idle drops kinda low, and the boost gauge says im at 15 vaccum when i should be at 20.

Have you tried spraying something flammable around potential areas? The revs should rise when you find it. A long piece of vacuum hose in your ear maybe? The TID is notorious for developing hard to find vac leaks.

Long piece of vacuum hose, works wonders.... Check over everything that you have upgraded/fildled/replaced on the car..

hose clamp a glove over the entrance to the maf, pull off a vacuum line and blow into it, you will be able to hear your leak
