ill definitely keep you informed if i find it cheaper, depending on price 1revvin can get me I might go with a custom one, and i figure 2 at the same time could cut a few $ off the price.

I just purchased a ORC twin disc i havnt installed it yet but it was a pretty good deal so i didnt want to let it pass me by. i have a quick question about it kinda freaking me out its a orc709 and has looks like it adapts to a 6 bolt but my stock flywheel only had that 2 1/8 inch monster on it. I wont be installing it back on my na cause im getting a t2 s4. but ive seen a picture of the stock t2 flywheel looks like it also uses the monster 2 1/8 inch.

to bolt it up you need to buy an automatic transmission's counterweight which bolts onto the flywheel and has the 6 bolt pattern for the flywheel to mount to.

i had to take the counterweight off my N/A (switched from light to stock) the other day. had to use a slide hammer and boy did that sucker hit me in the back of my head hard.

no but it doesnt have to do with the balance of the clutch setup. you *need* the counterweight to be able to mount it to the car. it balances the motor.
