exedy twin disc race clutch relining

I've got an opportunity to get a killer clutch, except it's been killed already, the friction plates need relining... does anyone know who and where this can be done... i'm in Vancouver BC BTW
also, failing that, what clutch for an FD would be capable of handling 6-800 HP and be (somewhat) streetable... ACT?
