alright well in preparation for getting my t2 together im looking for a good streetable twin-disc clutch setup. the only one's i seem to run into are exedy, hks, and OS. i've heard that exedy is the best one but would like to see other opinions.

also any idea on where to get a good price for an exedy unit, or any good streetable twin-disc?

my buddy swears by os giken. he ran the os twin in his fc ,from what he has told me its very very streetable and extream high grip. he ran a tilton also and not to streetable and a few others but the os he liked the best

exedy is $1500-ish for the twin disc. i think OS is aroun d the same price.

i cant find anyone who actually stocks them tho.

did you try world pac?

i have the OS in my car, drives REALLY nice, it does make a little bit of noise with the pedal in if that sort of thing bothers you. The plates rattle a bit. Pedals is very low effort and its super easy to drive.

I haven't driven the twin disc yet, I was leaning towards the HKS unit originally...but after reading a lot of posts from FD owners, the OS Giken seems to be the weapon of choice.

I'm in the same boat as you though, can't find somebody who stocks it...

Quick search, I came up w/ about $1500 for the OS unit:
