Good base tuning no defects can anyone like take a shot in the dark for me atleast a rough estimate its going to be tuned and not a piece of ****, please.

I wouldn't run more than 12-15 psi on a street-driven car. I suspect that you could push the boost to 20 or 30 psi and it would run for a while. Ball-park numbers don't really mean a whole lot. If you cut corners, you're going to end up with a broken motor sooner or later. Naturally, all of this is my worthless opinion, nothing more.
