Somewho I got my front counterweights mixed up. But I think they are the same?

S4 N/A Motor

S4 Turbo Motor

One has 2 drilled holes in the bottom and one has 1. Otherwise they look the same.

End Play was .012m So I sanded the front space until I got .006mm. My stock spacer was 8.10mm (Sound about right?)

If that is an auto trans set, the rear weight may have a 4 digit number stamped into it. Same number will be on the front weight. The holes are from a balancing operation and cannot be used to identify which engine a weight came from.

I ran that through a metric conversion chart, and it looks like .006 MM is .00026"

I use .0020" to .0035" I think you sanded off too much material from your spacer. Make any measurement with the front stack torqued up like a finished engine.

Yep Torqued to 60 ft per Atkins. I used Atkins for my reference. I think I typod there. My endplay is .06mm which is .0023

(I used a digtal gauge so +/- .01mm)
