Turbo Not Makin Boost!

i doubt any louder than it already is. the exhaust gasket from the manifold to the turbo and i think maybe block to the manifold are busted. hmm... makes me think maybe the cats are clogged and the gases are just looking for somewhere to go. i'll try that though. where can i get a cheap DP- not a RB?

could twin scroll cause the turbo not to make boost? if so, how would i go about finding out?
