Turbo Ii Engine In A 90 Gxl

I'm currently looking at buying a 1990 GXL and would like to eventaully convert it to a turbo II. I know the motor is going to blow soon and was concidering installing a turbo II instead of the NA.
For me to be able to do this, I need to know what parts I will need, down the road, so if I come across a good deal I can buy it.
If someone has knowelge of this conversion and the modifications that need to be made, eg; new wiring harness, piping, ecu, etc.... Is there a recomended engine from a certain year to install or is the 90 TII the best way to go.
Also, if anyone knows of any how to web sits, this would be greatly appreciated.
