My brothers TII has all the toys but still hass a studder at 4,000-5,000 todays the first time I road in it and it sounds like the timing. We took the motor out of a car with a bad turbo but it would still run. We never fudged with the timing on it. On my fist gen I've got it 10 degrees spit on the 13B. What would be the best way to set the timing on a TII running a 91 turbo and manifold at 8-10 puonds of boost?
