ummm... i dont know, maybe when you park the car for the night, try killing the engine by unplugging the fuel pump so there isnt residual pressure in the fuel system, and see if it doesnt start up more easily without smoking in the morning... this is what I do before putting mine away for storage.

ive got blueish smoke coming from the exhaust and from under the car/rear wheel area. the other day when i started after not starting it for 2 or three days white smoke poured from the exhaust and from under the car but it stopped and has only done that once since then. its not using any coolant and i know since the smoke isnt the same color it doesnt seem to be related but it never did this before. i guess theres blue smoke for some reason and i also have an exhaust leak, but i cant be sure yet bc i havent been able to get under there to look.

it only seems to do this in park.

now there's the same symptoms i have with my car.

HAHAHA.

i thought i was the only one.

my fc is in storage right now, so i don't know for sure. but it's most likely that you have an oil leak. when it leaks, your car is travelling forward, so sometimes the oil droplets might come into contact with your exhaust. i had this happen to me last summer, it scared the hell outta me. to me, it looked like smoke was coming from the y-pipe section when i looked underneath the car.

but smoke was coming up from my rear driver-side wheel area too. it's like a cloudy white/blue colour with the distinctive oil smell.

and it's probably doing it when the car is moving too. just it's not obvious because you're constantly on the go. you can only see it when the car is parked.

tell tale signs.

*your tranny casing is covered in oil*

*your engine(or a part of it) is covered in oil*

*oil is leaking from your oil pan*

*the under carriage of your car(or a part of it) is covered in oil; or has noticeable residue*

ill have to get under there and look but im pretty sure its only doing it while the car is in park, even if just sitting in gear it doesnt do it but as soon as it goes into park it starts again, so maybe something with the idle system. the smoke is definitely coming out of the exhaust.
