welds ends up rusting, that was the beauty of lead instead of welding.

Besides the only way to get a 100% wave free panel is to cover the ENTIRE

panel in bodyfiller and fair it.

Im not making FG doors, there would be a good deal of labor to make

4 molds

2 molds per door, one for inner, one for outer

There are FG fenders for our cars, how many people actually buy them?

Although I always thought FG fenders were silly considering that fenders are

one of the lightest metal body parts of our cars, like 17lbs

of im not mistaken. I guess someone made them

because they are easy to make.

I am going to make you FG sunroof panels and sell them cheap, so that

there will be no more rusting roofs, and ANYTHING would be better then

thru bolting a piece of home depot lexan to the roof that looks like ****

that I have seen recently

We need to end all the ghetto FCs, I know some people dont have the money

to do everything they want to thier cars, but its no reason to bastardize the car

and decrease the value and give the cars a bad name.
i will buy a lightweight sunroof assembly.

need a motor for mine too

but back to this door thing.

you dont really need to mold the other side of the door. we'll make racecar style doors.

racer doors?

what about the handles, the latches, the hinges, the windows.....

you might not need a new motor with a light roof panel, might end

the "helping it with the hand to get it to close" thing as well.

my goal is to do the panels for well under $100.

well we would need hinges, but for windows il use a racenet, and the whole point of the doors is to get rid of the door handles, so thats simple enough.

my sunroof needs a helping hand getting open. sometimes it just tils up but doesnt make it far enough to slide back, other times it works fine.
