thats what the atf trick is for. put about half a cap full in each rotor and let it sit, then gently try and turn it over. how long has it been sitting like that?

first thing you need to do is get all of the water out of the engine and fuel tank... you don't want to further your damage by pumping more water in there.... once you completely dry the engine out then do the ATF trick and let it sit for a day or two...then try to crank it...if that still doesn't get I'd try it once more and if no luck still then it's time for a rebuild

FYI : between whatever water left in your engine and the ATF the engine is going to smoke a WHOLE LOT...

New spark plugs, spark plug wires, oil filter, and run some gas treatment through it also....basically do a tune up on it....

oh, you might wanna look at your tranny also... is it auto or standard? you prolly wanna change your tranny fluid....

and try the ATF trick one more time, you gotta let the atf sit in there for 24 hours...and since you got it to break loose make sure you get ATF on all of the seals by dissconneting your ignition (take off spark plug wires or pull the fuse) and bumping the starter, then pouring more ATF in....
