I was thinking of upgrading my ecu chip to an rtek, my question is... can I run this without the stock o2 sensor hooked up? I was hoping to use a wideband with a gauge and fuel controller until I found this chip upgrade. Any help is greatly appreciated.

i belive most aftermarket wideband o2 sensors have a 0-5v output for use with standalones and stock ecu's so it might work

Most widebands have a 0-5volt out as well as 0-1v out. You'll need the 0-1v out to replace the stock o2 signal to the ecu. So, yes you can.
