is it actually worth it to rebuild a s4 n/a 13b? i know i can pick up a s4 TII with like 50-60K miles pretty cheap through a friend so i dont know if i need a rebuild if it would be worth it to do so...

all about your resources. evaluate a realistic budget and go from there.
