Rear Windsheild Wiper Arm
#1
Humor me here…
The paint on my wiper arms has faded/worn away and I decided to take them off, sand blast them and repaint them. The front ones came off in about 30 seconds, but I spent about 15 minutes trying to get the rear one off and I can’t. The nut has been removed and I tried applying tension to the spring and removing all tension from the spring and it won’t come off. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

A little BP Blaster.
A little rock side to side.
It's splined just like the front.
Mine were covered with rust, along with the outer window weather strips.
I took them off.
Wire wheeled them smooth.
Paint with rust inhibiting satin black (semi-flat).
