well if you add a full exhaust motor back you will most likley not pass emissions. Even with a cat if you put headers it might not pass visual inspection.

alright ummm then what catbak do you guys recomend that has the most hp and will still pass??

 

Any cat back is emission legal most HP Racing Beat or Apexi N1 Dual are my favorite. Im still saving for the apexi one but I want it with the silencers which jumps the price from $580 to 680

 

Buy a T2 or add nitrous. It's really the only way to stay within your requirements.

Do exhaust, then without going turbo the easiest way is to use nitrous, wet setup. You'll have to upgrade your fuel system once you get high enough and once you get past a certain point you'll hvae to upgrade to a t2 driveline as the n/a one won't be strong enough. I don't remember the specific numbers though. But after all that trouble and at that point, i'd just go turbo unless you have a thing for all motor.
