Its holding up great. Magnaflows are weird. They get quieter as they warm up. This was comfirmed by a few friends who had magnaflows on other cars as well. No problems, no blown mufflers. The only little issue Ive had is with the pass side section of the y slips out a little after a few weeks, and starts rattling against the bumper. I need to get a different form of clamp that holds it more securely there. Maybe Ill break down and get 2 more v bands...

The tips dont get hot enough to melt the bumper.

btw, I dont know how I missed this before.
Here ya go lazy!

[quote name='mazdaspeed7' date='Jul 1 2004, 03:41 PM']While those statements may be true in word, the implications are not. All I have to say is be patient my friend. I need a car I dont need to worry about to be able to focus on the other things. Hence selling the FC and getting something with *gasp* pistons.

If I had a 1500 lb car, Id be all about n/a's. But in all honesty, FC's are too heavy to be a truly exciting car with a n/a engine, unless is has extra rotors. Entertaining autocross car, sure.

Ill have a sound clip up before its sold. And if it will ever stop freaking raining every afternoon, Ill take it to the dragstrip.

So did you end up selling the car?
