Sounds like lots of problems. maybe you need to remove the IC and get down to the intake. Check for any missing / cracked / loose vacuum hoses. Look at your heater hoses in the back, any manifold hoses. Check your fuel injector rails for any loose injector clips (you might have to clean the injector clips and use some die-lectric greese (the sputtering etc sounds like maybe loose clips). make sure you dont have any loose split radiator / coolant connectors. Ok vaccum hoses covered. You changed the plugs, you have new wires, timing is on point. TPS is adjusted? Fuel filters changed? all intake stuff nice and tight (like from the MAS to the intake ? bac is clean ? after all that stuff you have a new radiator cap? if you covered all those bases and its still acting up ask again..
