I have a 87 Turbo II with around 70k on the motor, No airpump, High flow converter, RB Exhaust, Gretty Blow-off valve, fuel cut controler, Fuel pump kill switch (for flooding), and running about 12psi boost. Now here is the problems that are starting to happen.

First Problem:

After running about 70-80mph if I accelerate hard, the car hessitates and sputters for a moment then will start to take off okay. If I start letting back off the gas it will start to accelerate faster than if I keep the throttle wide open.

Second Problem:

My car is starting to flood all the time when it's warm out (above 65). It doesn't matter how long or hard I drive. Now when I stop, I kill the motor with the kill switch on the pump to releave the pressure and open the fuel cap to releave the extra pressure there. Is there supposed to be alot of pressure escape when you open the cap? Mine has been doing this for about 6 months. I seen mazda trix has a "H" valve that is supposed to release extra pressure back to the tank to prevent flooding but I didn't know how well it worked.

Third Problem:

Any time I have the a/c my car falls flat on it's face when trying to accelerate hard. I don't mean hessitate, it looses all power and will start to slow down as it's jerking, spuddering and falling all flat. If I back out of the throttle, it will start to regain power and pull out of it. It happens around the 3800k rmp hessitation area. It has mild to moderate hess. at 3800 with the a/c off.

How you guys can offer a suggestion.

Thanks

i think we should start with #2, as its easier.

flooding in an fc is a syptom of vacuum leaks, they have to basically be perfect otherwise it wont hot start. you need to check all the gaskets, look for misrouted hoses, cracked inlet duct to the turbo.

the first problem sounds like fuel cut, 12psi is also a lot to run on the stock fuel pump and injectors
