3-beeps, pause, repeat - in case abnormality of stepping motor signal:

The buzzer sounds when there are broken wires or short circuits in coils or harnesses

Start with basics first. Check fuses, are you getting air, fuel, spark? Might sound dumb to you but, is the gas tank empty. Your fuel guage may read faulty. I have seen/had that happen on many occasions as well as bad gas right from the station, (had to drain over 15 gas tanks that week), smell the gas if you can get a sample and you'll know right away. Clean and or change plugs, check compression as said before and check your fuel pressure. It seems you have changed/chased many of the gremlins already as stated in the first paragraph. Hope it helps!

Also your rotor housings may be washed down with fuel from cranking a lot and you will have next to no compression. Try injecting ATF into rotor housing (total of six, 3 per rotor), then use some old clean plugs because they will foul if it does start up. Then put the new ones in and make sure you change your oil if the rotor housings are washed down with fuel. The ATF will also burn up any carbon left behind and restore lots of power. The atf trick works great on piston engines as well.

Wait does it crank but not fire, or no crank at all?
