So I found out it was leaking after all and went to all the parts store and they didn't even know what it was. So I had to go to a junkyard and hope it was good. So it had the screw in it so I put it in my car and for some reason it leaks by the screw too. What the hell? Does anybody know how to fix this?

You need to re do it.

Go to the hardware store and get a tube of liquid teflon. Its a liquid form of the teflon tape you use to seal threads. Put some on the threads and tighten it up. Wait a couple of hours for it to set up and you should be fine.
