I have a 88 T2 just wondering if any knows if the power steering coulumn is the same as manual steering. I want to change to a manual rack, just hoping it will fit without problems. Thanks for your help.

 

yep its the same

 

the manual steering rack mounting bushings are much smaller in diamiter and from what i am told are no longer avalible from mazda. be sure you have the mounting brakets and bushings before you attempt to install to save a head ache in the future.
