i have two lines running down the middle of my windshield... dont think its for the antenna tho cause i dont see any available antenna jack.



i was considering just getting the universal amplified power antenna as well... strauss wanted $60 for it, **** that. off to best buy i go.

Those two lines are an antenna.



Though I always "heard" that you wouldnt get a good signal trying to run a radio off just those.

when you pull the radio out there should be 2 antenna hookups...



i think 1 female and 1 male.... i made a "Y" conector with 2 male and 1 female so that i could hook up both antennas so that when i fix the rear one i dont have to pull the radio out again.

I have been running just the front antenna for over 8 mo. and no probs



You know what that means right, you cant always believe what you "hear"

Yeah...Thats why I said it that way.



Never tried it myself...Its just what I hear.











However, just to be technical, youre statement is somewhat self defeating. I hear from you that it works, yet then you say you cant believe everything you hear

im gonna have to go wire hunting, you guys dont understand how messed up the wiring was behind the aftermarket radio someone put in lol.
