yeah I would say just do a T2 swap if anything, 20B in uncharted territory for the most part, and a lot of work.

it kind of depends on what you are building the car to do. if you are drag racing, or a high hp street car that goes in straight lines then the 20b makes a lot of sense, with some porting and a turbo you can make a silly amount of hp and still have plenty of low rpm power. if you are building a road race car, the 13b's weight savings is helpful

yeah, a 20b is really expensive. You could spend the same amount of money on turbo upgrades and make plenty of power. Sure, it would kick ***, but unless you're rich (which not many of us are), it's not the best plan.

Thanks for all the help.. no i'm not rich.. however i do think i'll go with a turboed 13b. The latest news on the car as of now (why i wasn't here for a while) I have just recently lost 5th gear and on top of that it got stuck in 3rd. had to be towed to my house and now I am F*cked because i have to buy a new transmission... (ouch) and uhh.. yeah.. now i don't know what i'm gonna' do. So i'm just thinking about putter her up for sale and going a different route.



If anyone wants my rx7 i'm selling it cheap with mods + a $1,500.00 sterio in it. Cheers. contact me if interested.
