While someone is pushing in the clutch, have a second person watch the slave to see is the pushrod is coming out. If it's not replace the master and clutch slave.
If they are working, then check the clutch fork and piviot ball.
If you can change gears with the engine off, it is probably one of the above.

After checking your symptoms:
The last time you shifted into reverse, the lever slipped back to neutral leaving reverse still engaged.
The internal interlocks are keeping you out of the other gears.
The clutch should be OK.
Try this:
Push the lever to the right & push hard enough to spring a gap between 4th & R.
The trick will be getting the selector back into reverse to pull it out of gear.
The last time you shifted into reverse, the lever slipped back to neutral leaving reverse still engaged.
