Your suspension is only as tight as your loosest component

Would you say it makes the car drive much nicer? I have reason to suspect (pretty bad clunk from driveline slop) that the rear diff bushings are bad. I replaced the front diff mount (stupid block thing in shear) with a mazdaspeed comp unit.

Does installing delrin rear diff mounts mimic welding the front diff mount to teh subframe feel?

ok forget the above question.

New question. Why did jimlab choose Nylon 6-6 17% glass fibre reinforced instead of delrin? Delrin absorbs less moisture, but nylon 6/6 has greater tensile strength. Is that the reason?

Does the cryogenic process actually increase the entire stress/strain curve including the proportional limit and yeild point or does it just increase the ultimate strength or the nominal rupture strength? The reason I ask is if it doesn't increase the proportional limit or the yeild point then it is only going to keep it from breaking, or increase the ultimate strength. If it only increases the ultimate strength than it doesn't seem that worthwhile considering that the yeild point would still be the same, so if you go over the yeild point whatever thing you have will be out of spec. While it would be nice that it could handle a greater force you wouldn't want to raise the working stress limit cause you risk permanently deforming the object.

Do you guys want me to make a thread for when I do my buildup? It's going to be a PP turbo, with much aide from Banzai.

Keep up the good work buddy, lets see pics of the final airbox design, and the slashed up aluminum TII hood.
