Peripheral Port Engine Installation

what radius bend is that? I like the increased length of the pipe before the port, should give the air a nice path. If you wouldn't mind keeping the numbers for that manifold around till later this summer, it would be appreciated

opps. i'm an idiot, I didn't paste the URL into the post.
Here ist eh place that does mandrel bends, for a very good price. It's 6063, not 6061 which is lots more $$$ since u have to turn it into O grade then after the bend re-heat treat it to T6.

Promical dissappeared early last year. No contact info, no e-mail
BUT NEVAH FEAR!!!! BANZAI IS HERE: I have located a reasonably priced source of 6061 AL Bends, only down side is they dont have 180º bends or anything over 90º. If there is enough interest I will list it in my webpage

Today I had an informative conversation with Mr. Hanover, and commenced to redesigning the intake. Cup of tea, some kick *** music from SIRRIUS on the Shop Surround sound system, a quick trip over to the bandsaw..........and VIOLA`
The beginnings of the new intake. This will give me the ability to vary the length of the runners very easily!!!
This was only the first mock-up so everything is taped and squee-jawed into approximate positions.

That looks like about what I have planned for my runner length.

I have been busy in the shop with a bandsaw, razor knife, foamboard and a hot glue gun!
This is the runner hot-glued to a foam-board flange. I am not happy with it yet. There is a "kink" in the lower portion. Tommorow I will adjut the angle of incidence into the ITB. But I am very pleased with the concept.
Couple of things I have to do:
1.Torque limiter strap to prevent intake from hitting the strut tower
2. Heat Shield to limit heat xfer to intake

G2G: That tube is 3.5" CLR
Cheers: I WISH!!!!!!!!
Some further points. I have 2" Clearance above the injector rail, I am going to reduce that to 1" (For hood clearance)
