This is an interesting car. friend and customer Trevor Durham has a non-turbo second gen Rx7. This car is running a stock chassis with a stock turbo II differencial. car is basically a second gen Rx7 that has been on a diet.( no interior and plastic windows) but still a somewhat heavy car. Engine and nitrous oxide is being done and tuned by me. Second gen. runs a very impressive 10.63@ 130 mph non-turbo. what is interesting about this car is the stock rear and stock axels. he hasn't broken 1 yet. this 10.63 run was more like a 10.20 run, a few driver erros caused a slower E.T. what is also interesting is that this non-turbo stock chassis second gen Rx7 has more in it!! more like a 9.9 run and all on a $45.00 dollar nitrous oxide fill. got nitrous? :-) I have a few video runs on my phone but to crappy to post. we will be going out soon to test again and i'll get some good video footage. goal for this stock chassis second gen. Rx7 is 9.9@135mph.

I'll keep the site up to date.

details of the run.

R/T ... .698

60' ... 2.223

330... 4.038

1/8 ... 6.343

MPH... 106.34

1000... 8.345

1/4 ... 10.636

MPH... 130.30

Car had a horrible 60ft mark due to driver error.

Mods are:

engine 13B full peripheral port(homemade)

51mm IDA down draft webber

nitrous oxide

damn I like nitrous!!

went to the track to do some more testing. driver and owner Trevor is having a real hard time getting the launch correct. we were able to get 1 run before it started to rain.

details of that 1 run..

10.5@132.79mph

Rx7 improves 1 tenth and 2 mph but car has tons more in it.. taking baby steps here, but I gotta be patient with the rookie driver..
