car looks good. if your gonna change the bearing might as well get a new clutch while your in there

Would it still be the bearing if it's doing it in neutral? Without the clutch being depressed?

My car is in pretty much the same boat, but it makes other noises that make me think the tranny is leaving this world.

If I pull the tranny, I'm probably going to replace the whole darned mess.

Now I wish I still had my tranny jack. . . .ah well, floor jack works if you're carefull most days.
