They come off the ecu harness and plug into the front chassis harness that runs under the dash. They are off to the side of the ecu. You need to get a Factory Service Manual.

they're kind of like white clear plug and yellowish see throught plug right?

because i cant seem to find the plug where they need to go with

Yea those need to be plugged in. The other side is probably crammed way up in the corner of the dash where hte wiring harness comes through the firewall.
