New to the forum, need a little help

Hello All, I am new to the forum and need a little help. I have a 91 non-turbo. I just installed a new waterpump and for some reason whenever I take it to 4500rpm the car starts to vibrate. Why could this be? I took off the pulleys and put them back on twice and it is still vibrating. HELP! Any information would be greatly appreciated.
