hey guys, i'm new to the rx7 so need a little help on deciding what to do with this '85 rx7 i just picked up. i was thinking of doing a 2nd gen turbo engine swap and wanted to know what this would entail exactly and about how much should i spend for a decent engine. any help would be greatly appreciated

 

rebuilt engines vary between $2000 - however much you wanna spend. the later engines are easy to swap in, you need an early front cover and 1st gen 13b oil pan

Mike is right.The swap itself isn't too hard.The wiring could get tricky tho.
