New console

The console part that goes around my aircondition/headunit/ashtray for my 88 mazda rx-7 cracked directly to the right of my headunit above my ashtray and inorder to install my installation kit for my cd player i need to buy a new one. what would be the best idea in order to find one and how much would it cost. should i order directly online or should i go to a junkyard and i will i be able to do it myself? if you can help pleaze answer. thanks.

I'd get the 89 to 91 surround if you can...its stronger and not as breakable...I swapped it out during my motor swap...you'll need to get the 89 air vents though...
