Need a little help with the S5 T2, please

mike,

Does it sound like it is on one rotor? I've had it stutter and stumble and I messed around a whole bunch. later I found the injector connector was broken.

C'mon man, Get your car fixed so you can organize that Okie rx7 meet!

Heh, Yeah I really wanted to do that. No, both rotors seem to be working. At least it sounds like it.



Well, I switched the injectors around today and found out something interesting . Before the switch, the front rotor seemed to be getting too much fuel (a large amount of gas on the front plugs constantly). After the switch, the condition has moved to the rear rotor. Leaky injectors or maybe just stuck open? Who knows, looks like another trip to the diesel shop is in order.

It could be messed up because of that high pressure walboro pump, eh?

Well, looks like you are getting closer to solving the probelm, keep us posted.

Yeah I thought that the high pressure Walbro coulda screwed stuff up too.



BTW, can anyone tell me if the PD on the primary rail of the S5 is supposed to have a screw? Mine just has a hole in the center of the PD.
