guys and gals i have a lil problem when im crusing down the hwy up around 4500 rpm my car has a lil stutter problem then clears up and goes away when i left the gas and get back on again almost like a fuel cut on a turbo mind you the car is a a 89 NA spd racing beat header to cat into a Apex-i N1 no emmisons and NO 5th and 6th port sleeves the car just started doing this last sunday but i swapped the motor back in january till now the motor ran fine

Grounding problem. Clean up the grounds and their connections.

ok let me re vamp this post as of last night the hesitaion sart as alow a 1200 rpm and up to as high a 7000 im trying this one buy one i just put new plugs and wires next im gonna go for the fuel filter and injector cleaner then prob... the coil packs if you guys can think of anything else please feel free to advise

I thought you meant you were going to do general maintence: plugs/wires/filters etc...

Just clean them all, and even add new ones here and there. Check the one from the firewall to the block near the windeshield wiper motor. Check the harness ground under the upper intake manifold near the oil filler tube.

still racking my brain ck everything under the sun change the filter and plugs and new MSD wires and a (shot of a fully charged fuel system in my ear don't ask) still doing thesame thing im gonna start on the fuel system next
