Still think this wicked Buford is race-only? How many racecars have you seen with this much chrome under the bonnet? That enormous 88 turbo stuffs the Stage 2 with 31 pounds of boost, and Hartline's Buick dances around the thousand-horsepower mark on the dyno.

Street car, schmeet car," you say? Think the license plate is simply ornamentation? Scoff if you must--there has been many a Florida Mustang that made the mistake of lining up with this mid-8s monster. The parachute and wheelie bars stay in the shop when street duty beckons. This happens more often than you might think, as the car manages to accumulate a few hundred miles each month.

Turbo: PT88 4 bolt

Boost: 31psi

Intercooler: Charged Air V3

Wastegate: HKS

Race weight: 3,430 pounds

GNX are future classics

Yeah I figured as much, I was just meaning to say that's a lot of chrome. You know, is it necessary? Hehe.

That heat shield covering the hotside actually looks nice. Very nice engine bay overall!

yeah but you'd need a auto (chevy th400 also used by the 8.6 second supra, you know that one that is actually soemwhat streetable looking, paul efantis) anything else just can't properly handle the power.

Also with domestics, having an auto doesn't mean you're any slower, just means you might win bracket races that easier.
