1. Why is the NA tranny so weak? Is it the gears and shafts, or maybe the case itself twisting.



2. How weak is the NA rear? Also, are open diffs less likely to break than lsd.



3. How does the ECU do the timing? More vacuum = more advance, boost = retard

How high can the stock ECU go ( boost wise) before it stops retarding, and freaks out?

The NA driveline is good for 220-250HP depending on model from what I understand...

1. i think its both, the case isnt all that beefy



2. dunno, 200-225?



3. it goes by rpm, and then by vacuum/ throttle position. it can only retard up to boost cut, after that it doesnt "see"

Ooops, I meant NA ecu. Can that 'see' boost?

it has a sensor for it, it doesnt see "boost" but it does see changes in vacuum
