well I got a really good price on a turbo. The 60-1 brand new was 300 and I later found out that its a ball bearing turbo so I really lucked out. Mine is a NA 6 port engine with a nice size turbo on it that runs really good.. and who says you cant turbo a 6 port????

Check out my avatar - it's a 6 port turbo II intake.... Worked very well - broke a lot of parts on down the driveline while I had it in.

Well, if you didn't know, then why did you post? Honestly, what did you think you were contributing by posting something you obviously had no clue about?

And really, where do you get off calling someone a dumb newb when it was you, who was in fact, wrong. Which one of you looks dumber with a post like that/

Not only was your post wrong, but immature and simply poorly thought out. Please think before you open your mouth in the future.

Well, my first failure was the clutch - it would slip bad under boost until it had some heat in it and even then it was marginal. Secaond failure was the tranny - stripped all the teeth off the input shaft gear and mating countershaft gear. Final failure was the diff. I do not shift hard or do burnouts - all of these failures were while making a good bit of boost in either 2nd or 3rd gear.

That was a non-turbo diff (GTU-s actually) behind a turbocharged 6 port... There is a reason that the turbo cars had different clutches, trannies, and diffs. But boost is so much fun!
