Ill be pulling my tii motor out this christmas holiday to put it in a 92 n/a, im gonna go ahead and replace all the vacuum hoses with something tougher than rubber....change the belts and oil.....anything else i should check on?

if you have the engine out, the clutch throwout bearing and pilot bearing should be looked/changed.

i like to change the hard to reach water hoses while its out. fix any oil leaks (its easy now) thermostat

it's best to fix all the little stuff while your engine is out so it can save you headaches later.

change the rear main oil seal while ur at it too.
