Racing Beat mufflers, the sound of the racing beat header with stock exaust is similar to a nasty sounding dirt bike.

 

is there a cheaper option that would sound just as good as rb, or at least not horrible as stock? I don't like the idea of spending more on mufflers alone than on anything else

 

well if it makes you feel any better the racing beat mufflers are half the price of stock ones

would it sound like *** if I got an off-the-shelf one from discount auto parts or pep boys? i'm more interested in power than good looks or nice tone

the RB mufflers are full stainless..(i think) so they will be the last mufflers you will buy...if not get stainless mufflers (tell your wife that they give the car better gas milage so you are saving money in the long run)

 

how hard is it, to go and steal some good mufflers of some others peoples cars, j/p
