I thought it recirculatef the vapors The charcoal canister is only needed to pass a visual inspection.

If your state doesnt require visual inspections, then all you need is the main cat, and an air pump with a tube from the pump hooked directly to the cat. Run the car down to eigth a tank, then add a couple bottles of alcohol.

the jspec motor is almost identical to the usa motor, all the usa smog stuff, air pump, acv, etc is either there or will go right on
