slip the clutch at 4500 rpm

or you can drop it at 4000 rpm, get wheel spin and hop, and risk breaking something

or you can use a mix of both, use the slip to get it going, and then drop it all the way.

i tried today with turborotors car. best method was ride the clutch at 5k rpm then dump it zero hop and some spin but it spools the turbo nice!
