slip the clutch at 4500 rpm

or you can drop it at 4000 rpm, get wheel spin and hop, and risk breaking something

or you can use a mix of both, use the slip to get it going, and then drop it all the way.

i tried today with turborotors car. best method was ride the clutch at 5k rpm then dump it zero hop and some spin but it spools the turbo nice!

Just have enough power where you can be easy on the car, and BLAST through 2nd/3rd like no tommorrow.. Thats my philosophy
