if any of you remember me i have a 1989 gxl.

i just bought a 1990 jspec TII complete swap including chassis harness

i already have all my drive train converted to TII

here are my questions

1. i was told i had to stretch the main engine harness, is this true or is there away around this

2. if i retain the use of my existing guage cluster and dash harness

what needs to be done to connect properly to ecu most reliable and cost effective route

3. is there anything that im not askign that i should be

i live in south fl if anyone pretty farmilliar with this swap is local id be interested in some help or an estimate for finishing up the install, i will install engine and everythign i can and will help let me know

1. the jdm car is a mirror image, so its engine harness goes to the other side. you can use the us t2 harness or modify the na harness, its close

2. plugs right in

JDM TII emissions harness will need lengthened also wires cut and made to take place of some missing items and back feeding into other circuits.

Use the USDM NA emissions harness and just lengthen the couple wires like the BACV that need attention. Far simpler.

Also make sure you use a TII PS and AFM.
