On my old GXL there was a TII jspec swapped in it and I mounted the stock intercooler up front. You could just buy a TII hood (some aluminum) instead. It'll take off like 25 lbs off of the steel N/A hood. The front mount will keep it looking like a sleeper and it'll flow better but the hood is MUCH easier to do.
The motor mounts are the same. You may need a TII differential though. It'd be nice to have one even if you don't bust the NA dif. b/c it's an LSD.
If you want to get this done in a month and a half I suggest you start NOW. It took me like 2 weeks to do the front mount intercooler. I had to wait for part b/c it was all custom. If you want to drop a grand on an aftermarket FMIC it would really cut down on time and it'll look bad *** too.
You'll also need a different exhaust to fit the turbo in. At least a down pipe, I'm not sure about the rest.
