I'm currently doing a simple TO4 setup on my TII and I was wondering what fuel mods I'm going to need. I currently have a walbro fuel pump (255 lph) and a SAFC-II. I was going to buy a couple of 780cc injectors for the secondaries. Should I go with larger secondaries (like 1000cc) and use the 780cc injectors as the primaries?? Maybe 780s for both secondaries and primaries. I'm just unsure of what size injectors will be needed at the moment. I'm only going to run like 10-12psi of boost and I'm shooting for something like 280-300whp right now. It may be capable of more, I'm unsure. I'm going to go with a larger turbo later (like a GT42) and I can always upgrade the injectors later. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

the 780's might not be quiet enough to do that.

Well, I can get my hands on some 1600cc's for the secondaries. I thought that would be too much though. If I going to need that much, I have 2 extra injector flanges in my intercooler piping that are not currently being used. I could do something like 1600cc secondaries, 850cc primaries, and maybe stock 550cc's mounted in the intercooler piping, but I dont want to really fork up all the dough for an additional injector controller right now. The injectors are already going to kill me. But I'm lost as to what I need. Help!

1000cc secondaries should be fine. you may be able to do it on 780's though, but its gonna be tight

I'll try and track some 1000cc's down. Do you think I need to get larger primaries? Thanks for your help.

I found some Precision 880cc injectors and I think I'm going to use those as the secondaries for now. Later I should be able to use those as the primaries when I get some more power. I'm just scared of leaning out. I've seen what happens when you run lean and are boosting. Thanks very much for your help!!!

I dont know, but I dont think I want to try. If I need that much fuel than I'm going to fork up the money for an EMS.

If your going to use 780's why not 1000's? The price is about the same (few bucks diff) and your AFC can still get them down enough. Better to have extra fuel on hand then to drop another $200 to go up.
