Inexpensive Brake Rotors

Well that's nice to know that stock rotors are pretty good. I'm going autoxing this Feb and wasnt sure if i needed to replace stock brakes or not. However if i were to upgrade front rotors would the rears need to be upgraded too? Will it throw the balance off or not really matter. I was thinking stock sized slotted maybe.
