S5 Rotors Vs Twin Turbo Rotors

I RECENTLY POPED MY MOTOR IN MY 1993 TWIN TURBO AND AM IN TH E PROCESS OFF PORTING AND REBUILDING.I HAVE SPARE ROTORS IN MY GARAGE AND DIDNT MARK THE SPARE ROTORS. I KNOW I ONLY HAD 1 EXTRA ROTOR FOR A TWIN TURBO MOTOR AND THE REST WERE FROM MY DAYS OFF OWNING A 1990 TURBO II . IS THERE ANY DIFFRENCE IF I PICK THE WRONG ONE
