i just purchased an 88 TII i am confused about how to pipe the wastegate, and the bov and the controller i also have an hks pfc f-con and i need to run a line to the boost sensor for that. along with the stock pressure sensor. Where do i run vacumm lines, and i guess i need to use 6mm lines correct? thanks in advance for your help.

If you dont know how to hook it up then you should probably be careful with that boost controller. Its not hard to over boost! But you want the wastegate to get vacuum or boost signal from the intake manifold for the most accuracy and the boost controller goes between the intake and wastegate. The bov needs signal from the intake too, but you can tee off the boost sensor or whatever.

I would give the wastegate and boost controller its own line though, and at least use small zip ties to make sure the connections are tight, and/or superglue. Remember if that line melts, gets a hole rubbed in it, or comes off your engine might pop!

yea well the idiot who owned the car before me did that, the coolant seals are blown and i am in the process of rebuilding. There was as you said a small cut in the line that feeds to the BOV, and the wastegate was tee'd off of that so there was a vac leak in the system i got the car with lines everywhere and am trying to get everything hooked back up now. Im cleaning it up and starting to really understand how all of these components hook up. I just do not want to make the mistake of poping another seal. So the boost controller goes inline with the line from the intake vac line to the wastegate, where is a good start point with that controller it is a turbo xs controller with the little allen key adjustment? and the bov needs a line to it seperate. Can i tee a line off of the stock pressure sensor to go to the hks sensor?

what kind of BOV is it? If its an HKS, just run a vacuum line from anywhere, personally i would leave the boost sensor on its own line just because you dont want any leaks there either, but you dont want any leaks anywhere so, whatever. It really doesnt matter as long as everything is sealed up, but see if you have any extra vacuum nipples on your intake, if you have removed any emmissions stuff or anything like that sometimes a few of those get freeed up, i cant remember exactly what and where, but search and read about free mods and see if you cant free up a few if it hasnt already been done. I know i had more than enough free nipples on my intake manifold when i started hooking that stuff up.
