Well I originally though about it like that cause I got the engine real cheap with everything on it so I figured I might as well rebuild it and learn that way I can rebuild it again when I upgrade it in a year or so..Then I will probably get new housings and upgrade to 3mm seals and Now it seeems like I am goona go with the Haltech e11 since you infomred everyone that it is out....DAMN YOU, now I am gonna spend more money, but it will be pretty lovely when I'm done.

Thanx Mike..

The two piece don't really need a really extensive breakin period. You have to remember there are only really three major moving parts in the car. In a pinch 150 miles will do but a 300 to 350 miles will be more then good. Just remember oil changes at 2000 miles. Atkins apex seal good stuff man you never go back to factory.
